Website Launch Party – Greenwich Wedding Photographer

It’s been a couple of weeks since I hosted the awesome launch party to officially introduce the world to my new wedding website. Blimey, I’m still buzzing from it and probably still getting over the hangover, let’s be honest! Party Party Party Party Party Party Party Party Party Party Party Party Party Party pArty Party

They only went and got engaged!

Two of my guest got engaged and announced they wanted me to photograph their wedding in Slovina next year! As if the excitment of the night wasn’t enough. I need a lie down after this news. So amazing, congraulations to Shannon and Nikki. Keep your eyes peeled for their engagement session coming soon.

What an amazing party it was. From the beautiful guests, the delicious food, the copious amounts of bubbles and of course the amazing music! This video has brought it all back to me. The brilliant film duo Taiba and Angel from Each and Every Moment captured the night perfectly! These guys were seriously amazing.

David from The DPC supplied the prints on diplay and he did a cracking job making them look their best. I was complete impressed by the professional service offered. Delivered and installed at the venue for me, a quality local business I’m proud to work with.

The musical backdrop to the perfect evening was provided by my wonderful and friend and collegue Stefanie Cayless. The atmosphere created by her sultry jazz tones meant the feel I imagined in the run up to the party came to life in the most beauitufl way.

A special thanks to the staff and management at the stunning venue Al Pancino at the Spread Eagle. They pulled out all the stops with the food and service. Top notch stuff! Thanks so much guys.

And last but most certainly not least I need to say the biggest thank you to Caterine Edney, My beautiful party planner extraordinare. Cat helped me plan and prepare absolutely everything. She was my sidekick every step of the way. I didn’t feel at all stressed in the run up to the party. In fact, all I could do was get more and more excited. I was confident she had everything convered, she knew exactly what to do and when to do it. On the day of the party she was there setting up and making sure everyuthing was in place. She made my guests feel welcome and looked after and she made me feel completely stress free the whole time! Love her. If you’re after a party planner, she’s your lady.

Oh and on the night I ran a competition for the best #awweddings shot posted to social media….

The Belvedere in Holland Park Wedding Photography

Roy and Nonita, a couple living in New York, came to London to celebrate their wedding with their English/Irish family. An celebrate they did!! No hanging about after the meal and speeches… the dancing started as it meant to go on, and it didn’t stop!

The Belvedere in Holland Park

A stunning venue. The Belvedere in Holland Park, dates back to the 17th century. None looked right at home in the ballroom. Wearing her Grandmothers headpiece she oozed class and sophistication. Her wedding gown had been worn before too… at their main wedding in Chile a few weeks before. A beautiful video of the whole wedding played during the dinner, so they could relive the day with their European family and friends  who couldn’t make it.

Before the superb 3 course meal, I took the bride and groom outside for some portraits. These guys made it far too easy for me being so so ridiculously gorgeous and in love! It took no time at all to get the stunning shots below.

Next came the dancing. Lots of dancing! Chilean, Irish and English folk know how to have a good time! I’d delighted with the fun and laughter in these images. I hope you like them too.

Evelina and Marc – Institute of Directors Wedding

Evelina and Marc – Institute of Directors Wedding

Evelina and Marc got married in the most stunning venue in central London, the Institute of Directors. Everything came together for them on the day, even events that were not planned added to the excitement and made the day even more special. The London Rathayatra added a unique experience on the day dancing, traditional drums and lots of traffic!  Then the SupercarSunday meet up on Pall Mall provided entertainment… loud music and lots of engine revving! Not only that but the Romanian contingent were super fun and provided lots of laughs during the whole day.

Institute of Directors Wedding

The venue was amazing, a Grade-I listed building built in 1828. Perfectly English and magnificent. George IV donated a 15ft regency chandelier that still hangs there today.  It suited Evelina and Marc’s day perfectly. Very stylish and elegant. After the ceremony, the guests enjoyed canapés and some group shots in the garden. The meal and speeches followed, making sure everyone was suitable fed and watered for the hours of dancing to follow. I stole the bride and groom away for a few minutes to get some portraits of just them. A few minutes for them to get away form it all and reflect on what just happened… they became husband and wife!

Here are a selection of my favourites, I hope you enjoy them!
